Even though the first thing I do when I get home is to take all my jewellery off, I feel naked without it. Whenever I go out, I used to only wear silver jewellery, but over the years I have really developed a huge love for golden jewellery as well. My wedding ring is silver because I still tend to wear my silver jewellery more throughout the year though. By the way I'm not wearing it in the video, but it's only because it's at the blacksmith at the moment getting engraved, but of course I always wear it no matter, if I feel like wearing golden or silver jewelry. Sometimes I actually like to mix some of my silver pieces with gold pieces so it really depends on my mood and what I'm wearing on that particular day.
My collection is a mix between more exclusive pieces, some are gifted, some are heirlooms and some pieces I have bought myself. I always go for pieces that are sterling silver, either plain silver or gold plated, it just lasts longer. I tend to go for a fine sort of delicate jewellery that can be combined with each other some way, but also just be worn alone, kind of like the mantra I also go for when it comes to my wardrobe. I like to mix very minimal jewelry with some pieces that have kind of an ethnic but still simple look and then I love pairing it with a watch that's more masculine, which is the case with all my three watches.
I like to stack and combine simple delicate pieces of jewellery. I just think it looks edgy and elegant at the same time and it never looks over-the-top when it's more fun and simple jewelry, even though I wear quite a lot sometimes. I love my gold jewellery in the summer time because I think it looks so nice when you have a bit of a tan. At the moment this combination right here is my go-to look, hoop earrings are definitely my go-to kind of earring right now. So for this outfit right here I'm wearing something rather simple, but like I always say, the little details makes it so much more interesting and personal.
So here's my go-to silver combination and as you can see I love these love tech Nicholas's so much that I have one in silver as well. It's kind of the same style as the golden look you just saw but choose just the silver version. For going out I’ve become more and more comfortable with wearing pretty basic clothes and then combined it with some heels, a lipstick, a great bag and a handful of jewelry so that's kind of what I'm going to show you right here.
This is my kind of statement earring, they are so delicate and fine, so they're totally wearable for everyday as well. I'm gathering my hair in a low bun, adding the earring and then putting on a lipstick. Again I think it looks so edgy, yet elegant and feminine at the same time.
So with this look I'm not going to wear any necklaces because I really want the earrings and the lips to stand out. Instead I’ve paired this loop with a mescaline silver watch and then my leather bag with this homemade chain, it kind of works as a piece of jewellery too, so I don't really think I need any necklace and then of course putting on a great red nail-polish will totally complete this look. I hope you enjoyed this video guys, I can't wait to see you all in the next one and I hope you'll have a wonderful Sunday.
