Chriselle here, so today I am going to be teaching you guys how to wear arm candy the right way. Just stack them all up and there you have it. Stay chic. Hello, so today I'm actually really going to teach you guys how to wear arm candy, it's much more than just piling bracelets after bracelet, stacking them all up.
There is actually some sort of strategy behind it and depending on where I'm going that day whether it's a party or maybe to work during the day that really determines what type of bracelets I will be wearing. So say I'm going to teach you guys how to wear different of arm candy for different types of occasions. Let's get started.
There's a lot of different types of arm candy that you can wear for different occasions. One of them being more of a casual boho look and for music festivals I like to stick with more earthy materials such as yarn, beads and woven textures. Wrap bracelets are one of my favourites; the great thing is that no matter what size your arm is, it is adjustable and can be pretty much customed to your own size.
If you're the working girl and you love to accessorize but you don't want your accessories to be too bold, especially in the workplace, this is a great way to incorporate some fun accessories to your outfit without being too bold. And keeping it all within the same colour family, especially an all-black arm-candy it will really bring a sleek and chic look together for the workplace.
I've also been getting a lot of questions about having a bracelets slip off your wrist if your wrist is too small. A great solution to that is using your watch as a base so instead of having your watch on top, put it on the bottom, so it will hold up and support the rest of your bracelets won’t fall off.
I am completely obsessed with dainty delicate pieces, a little bit more understated, but it gives you a lot more room to stack on a variety of different bracelets. So here although all the bracelets are gold and a mixture of rose gold, they have different designs on them. I just think that dainty gold bracelets are just so easy to wear and really matches everything that you throw on. So this is my go-to everyday look.
One trend that is really popular right now is a monochromatic look, but you could also use a monochromatic trend with your arm candy, especially if it's too bold for you to wear with your whole outfit. If you guys don't like to mix your colours and you're more of the matchy matchy type, then this look is totally for you.
So let's say that you have a night out with your boyfriend, your husband, your girlfriends, you just want to get glammed up so, a great thing about arm-candy is that you're able to really enhance an outfit. So let's say that you're wearing a cute dress to make it a little bit more flashy, I would add diamonds and diamonds are a girl's best friend. And even if you have a more casual outfit, it's a great way to instantly make it offer a little bit more glamorous. This is a great example of being able to mix different metallics whether it's silver, gold or rose gold and again the common thread is a diamond so it goes very well together.
